A big win for UPS and for the commercial unmanned industry was the FAA’s granting of the Part 135 certification to operate a drone airline with no limits on the size or scope of operations. Bala Ganesh, Vice President of the Advanced Technology Group at UPS will share not only the opportunities for transportation and delivery, but some insight into challenges and achievements of integrating a leading-edge drone program into a large and well-established airline system.
